It was incredible to see the logo projected onto the houses of parliament on the 10 o’clock news. It’s not everyday you get the chance to create a brand for such a high-profile event and then watch it go global.
Strong sales propelled the song to No 1 on the iTunes singles chart within hours of its digital release. An audience of 8.4 million tuned in to The X Factor to see the video of the track receive its premiere. It raised £1m within minutes of release.
